So we were not expecting a very nice service and motel accommodation. We were surprised because the customer service that we received was better than the hotel that we stayed in. The front desk officer was very nice and friendlier than the concierge of other hotels. When we got to our room, we were again pleasantly surprised because the room was clean, the beddings have nice smell and the bathrooms are well-maintained. We were really happy and the best part of it is that we got this room with the best Comfort Inn deals we got from the internet.
It was the best motel experience we had. We have been to other 3-star hotels and other motel chains but so far, we think that this was the best motel to stay in. The best part was that there was free internet access so we didn't have to go out to check our e-mail. Being away from our homes, we always needed to check our e-mails and we were so glad that the internet in our room was fast and free. We really couldn't ask for more with this room.
